The 1920s Malpas stone farmhouse has been carefully restored, preserving period details while adding modern comfort. It offers three bedrooms, three baths, a flexible bonus room, a chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, dining room, and wood-burning fireplace, blending historic craftsmanship with timeless design.
Built by Western artist Bill Owen as his painting studio, the Log Cabin preserves its authentic character with thoughtful updates. It includes a bedroom, guest room, bath with walk-in shower, insulated sunroom, functional kitchen, and a stone fireplace with wood-burning insert that reflects Owen’s enduring artistry.
